Great stay, minor hiccup

I appreciated the quick check-in. Halim helped a lot! He gave helpful tips about what to do. The room matched what i expected. The hotek is very beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms felt quite spacious for europe.
The air CONDITIONING in my room had issues. It got uncomfortable in the warm summer days. This happened during my june visit. It was unfortunate.

The room included a spacious layout. well maintained rooms made sleeping very comfy. The beds featured comfortable linens and provided ample space for relaxation after a day exploring.

The breakfast offered a vast selection of items. Gayan and Gihan were cute during breakfast. Fresh eggs were made to order at the egg station. I really LOVED the fresh fruit!

The hotel has a beautiful park nearby for relaxation. Elevators provided easy access to ALL floors. The concierge service proved very helpful, offering recommendations for local attractions and assisting with transportation arrangements.

The location was great. It was close to everything i wanted to see. the staff was attentive and very helpful with directions. the room was always clean and well-kept! the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. It.
the breakfast closing time was a bit inflexible.

the room featured a king size bed and had plenty of space. the bathroom had a rainfall shower which i liked. they provided fresh towels daily, a service i found reliable.
the light system seemed a bit complex to navigate at night.

this hotel rocks! the breakfast was an absolute treat with legit french food. i really loved the complimentary water, super helpful when you are thirsty! i also found the showers were nice, a great way to freshen up after a long day.
the elevators felt a little slow sometimes, only slightly annoying.

The location allowed easy access to attractions. The triumphal arch was a short walk away. The staff members were friendly and helpful . i really liked the festive atmosphere within the restaurant.
i found some issues . the lobby area seemed often crowded. also, there was no full-length mirror in my room (which i think is essential!). additionally, the nearest toilet to reception was difficult to find, requiring a walk through the bar and spa corridors.
